Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid Utah driver’s license and auto insurance
- Smartphone with an active data plan and location services
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Reliable and professional
- Self-motivated
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Personal open-bed pickup truck required for select sites
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties
- Walk assigned apartment community to collect bagged trash, recycling, and cardboard from residents doors
- Transport collected materials to onsite dumpster, chute, or compactor
- Separate recycling and check for contamination
- Clean up loose trash in common areas
- Document route, upload photos, and leave courtesy notices using mobile app
- Occasionally assist with pet waste station servicing
