Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Personal vehicle preferably with trailer
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all weather types
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to operate a smartphone with data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather
- Experience in similar physical or customer-service roles preferred
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance preferred
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transport them to on-site trash compactors
- Log service details using the company mobile app including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the apartment community property and climb stairs throughout the shift
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and a welcoming environment in apartment communities
- Follow safety protocols and use provided safety gear
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members
