Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Own a smartphone with a data plan
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Be at least 18 years old

- Ability to use a smartphone and a data plan to operate the company’s mobile app
- Strong reliability and punctuality
- Basic physical fitness to perform walking and stair climbing
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines
- Good communication skills to report service issues appropriately
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
- Use the company’s mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs as part of the service routine
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Adhere to safety protocols by wearing provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Provide reliable, timely service to help maintain clean and welcoming apartment communities
- Report any maintenance or cleanliness issues encountered during service
