Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation: open-bed pickup truck or vehicle hauling a trailer
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- At least 18 years old
- Smartphone with a data plan

Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
- Use the company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property including climbing stairs and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ensure all collected trash is properly disposed without heavy lifting of bulk items or off-site driving
- Maintain communication with supervisors regarding service issues or property needs
