Job Requirements

Reliable transportation such as an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Smartphone with a data plan
At least 18 years old
Physical ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift

Ability to use a smartphone with a data plan to operate a mobile app
Physical fitness to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Able to walk long distances and climb stairs repeatedly during shifts
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Job Duties

Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
Use the company’s mobile app on smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
Walk the property and climb stairs multiple times during shifts
Work outdoors in various weather conditions
Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following safety protocols and using provided gloves, vests, and gear
