Job Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
Willingness to work evenings and outdoors in all types of weather
Reliable and punctual with good time management skills
Ability to follow safety protocols and use provided gear such as gloves and vests
Must pass background check and employment verification
Availability to work approximately 10-15 hours per week in part-time capacity

Job Qualifications

At least 18 years old
Reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with the applicant listed as a covered driver
Authorized to work in the U.S. with proper proof
Possess a smartphone with a data plan to use the company’s mobile app
Good physical condition and ability to walk long distances and climb stairs during shift
Knowledge of basic safety practices and customer service skills

Job Duties

Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transport to the on-site trash compactor using a personal truck or vehicle with trailer
Use the company’s mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
Walk the property and climb stairs while performing trash collection duties
Work outdoors in various weather conditions maintaining safety standards
Provide friendly and reliable service to apartment community residents
Ensure proper handling of bagged trash and waste without heavy lifting of bulk items
Follow company protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
