Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
reliable transportation including an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
valid driver's license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
smartphone with a data plan to use the company mobile app
ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
ability to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
able to work outdoors in all types of weather

Job Qualifications

At least 18 years old

ability to work evening shifts typically Sunday through Thursday
physical fitness to walk long distances and carry up to 50 pounds
good communication skills
ability to follow safety procedures and regulations

Job Duties

Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
use company mobile app on a smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
walk the property and climb stairs regularly during shifts
work outdoors in various weather conditions
maintain communication with the team regarding service completion and community needs
adhere to safety protocols by utilizing provided gloves, vests, and safety gear
report any issues or non-compliance observed during collections
