Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
Reliable transportation with open-bed pickup truck or vehicle hauling a trailer
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance listing you as covered driver
Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
Smartphone with active data plan
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Comfortable walking long distances and climbing stairs during shifts
Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Comfortable handling bagged trash and waste

Job Qualifications

At least 18 years old
Reliable transportation including an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof provided upon hire
Ownership of a smartphone with a data plan capable of using the company’s mobile app

Job Duties

Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
Use the company’s mobile app on your smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
Walk the property extensively, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ensure consistent and reliable service delivery to maintain cleanliness of apartment communities
Follow safety protocols and wear issued gloves, vests, and gear
Communicate effectively with residents and management as needed
Report any issues or non-compliance observed during service
