Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
Reliable transportation: open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
Valid driver's license and auto insurance with applicant listed as a covered driver
Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
Smartphone with data plan to use company mobile app
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
Able to work outdoors in all types of weather

Job Qualifications

At least 18 years old
Valid driver's license and auto insurance with applicant listed as a covered driver
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Smartphone with data plan to use company mobile app
Previous experience in similar service or physical work roles preferred but not required

Job Duties

Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
Use the company's mobile app on your smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
Walk the property extensively, climbing stairs and working outdoors in various weather conditions
Ensure compliance with community standards by documenting non-compliance issues
Maintain active communication with supervisors and team members as needed
