- authorized to work in the U.S.
- smartphone with data plan
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- capable of walking long distances and climbing stairs
- comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- valid driver’s license and auto insurance preferred
- personal pickup truck or vehicle with trailer preferred

- ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- reliable and able to follow safety protocols
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transport to the on-site trash compactor
- use mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- walk the property extensively including climbing stairs
- work outdoors in various weather conditions
- maintain a clean and welcoming apartment community environment
- follow safety protocols and use provided gloves, vests, and gear
- communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
