Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
Smartphone with a data plan to use the company’s mobile app
Personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance in your name preferred
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
Able to work outdoors in all types of weather

Ability to use a smartphone with a data plan for mobile app
Preferred to have a personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer
Preferred to have a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance in your name
Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Able to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during shifts

Job Duties

Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
Use company mobile app on a smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Adhere to safety protocols by using provided gloves, vests, and gear
Maintain a clean and welcoming environment in assigned apartment communities
Communicate effectively with team members and management
Report any issues or non-compliance observed during shifts
