Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Smartphone with a data plan
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
Valid driver’s license preferred
Current auto insurance in applicant’s name preferred
Personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred

Job Duties

Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
Use a mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
Walk the property and climb stairs regularly
Work outdoors in various weather conditions
Maintain cleanliness and contribute to a welcoming community environment
Communicate effectively with team members and property management
Follow safety procedures and wear provided safety gear
