Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the company mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather

- Physically able to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
- Use the company’s mobile app on a smartphone to log service details, including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines by using gloves, vests, and gear provided
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to maintain service quality
- Follow proper protocols for safe handling of bagged trash and waste
- Adhere to scheduled evening shifts and complete assigned tasks within allocated hours
