Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
Reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
Smartphone with a data plan to use the company mobile app
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
Able to work outdoors in all types of weather

Job Duties

Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
Use the company’s mobile app on a smartphone to log service details, including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines by using gloves, vests, and gear provided
Communicate effectively with team members and management to maintain service quality
Follow proper protocols for safe handling of bagged trash and waste
Adhere to scheduled evening shifts and complete assigned tasks within allocated hours
