Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation: open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with coverage as a driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
- Smartphone with data plan for company app use
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Capability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
- Willingness to work evening shifts typically Sunday through Thursday
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with auto insurance including coverage as a driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Own a smartphone with a data plan for app use
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable walking long distances and climbing stairs frequently
- Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within apartment communities using a personal truck or vehicle with trailer
- Transport collected trash to the on-site trash compactor without off-site dumping
- Use company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk extensively across property and climb stairs as needed during shifts
- Work outdoors under various weather conditions
- Follow all safety protocols wearing company-provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors as required
