Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to walk the distance of the property
- Capability to climb up and down staircases/steps multiple times per evening
- Ownership of a smartphone with data plan
- No prior experience necessary
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to use a smartphone and mobile applications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to follow safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail for accurate documentation with company app
- Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors
- Willingness to learn and adapt through paid training
Job Duties
- Use your truck to transport trash bags collected from residents' doorsteps to the onsite trash compactor at the apartment community
- Take required photos (arrival, departure, tracking, non-compliance) using company’s App during service
- Work close to home serving multiple apartment communities
- Adhere to scheduled shifts typically 5 nights a week from Sunday through Thursday
- Participate in safety protocols including the use of provided Personal Protective Equipment
- Climb up and down staircases multiple times throughout the evening
- Lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs
