Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U S proof required upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the companys mobile app
- Personal pickup truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
- Valid drivers license and current auto insurance in your name for drivers with pickup truck or trailer
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
Job Qualifications

- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Experience using a smartphone and mobile apps
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within apartment communities and transport them to the on site trash compactor
- Use the companys mobile app on a smartphone to log service details including arrival departure tracking and non compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs as needed during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Report any issues or non compliance observed during service
- Use provided gloves vests and gear to ensure safety
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
