Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Familiarity with smartphone use and mobile apps
- Preferably owns a personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance preferred
- Ability to perform physically active tasks and work outdoors
- Good communication and reliability
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transport to on-site trash compactor
- Use mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and photo documentation
- Walk throughout property and climb stairs as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and order within apartment community
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Report any non-compliance or issues via app
- Follow safety guidelines and use provided safety gear
