Job Requirements

- physical ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- comfort working around bagged trash and waste
- availability for evening shifts mainly sunday through thursday
- valid driver's license and auto insurance preferred

- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- comfortable walking long distances and climbing stairs
- able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Duties
- collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within the apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
- use company's mobile app on a smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- walk the property including climbing stairs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- carry and lift bags up to 50 lbs
- maintain safety by using gloves, vests, and other provided gear
- report any issues or non-compliance observed during service rounds
- follow all safety and company protocols during shifts
