Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle hauling a trailer
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- Smartphone with an active data plan to use the company's mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable walking long distances and climbing stairs several times during a shift
- Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Ability to work evening shifts typically from Sunday to Thursday starting at 7:00 or 8:00 PM
Job Qualifications

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Experience with smartphones and mobile apps

Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within apartment communities
- Transport trash and recycling to on-site trash compactors using an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer
- Use a mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property extensively, climb stairs multiple times during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Follow safety protocols and use provided protective gear such as gloves and vests
- Maintain a reliable schedule and communicate effectively with team and management
