Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation, open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times in a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
Job Qualifications

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors and handling bagged trash
- Reliable transportation in the form of an open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle with trailer
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use company's mobile app on your smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs while working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ensure safety by using gloves, vests, and provided gear
- Maintain communication and timely reporting through the mobile app
- Follow company policies and procedures to deliver high-quality service
- Promote cleanliness and a welcoming environment in assigned apartment communities
