- Reliable transportation: open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Walk long distances and climb stairs during shifts
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with data plan

Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
- Use company mobile app to log service details such as arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and a welcoming environment in apartment communities
- Adhere to safety procedures and utilize provided safety gear
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Report any service issues or resident concerns promptly
