Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation requiring an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorization to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- Smartphone with active data plan for mobile app usage
- Physical ability to walk long distances, climb stairs, lift and carry up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with a data plan for mobile app use
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use the company’s mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property, including stairs during shifts and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of bagged trash without heavy lifting of bulk items
- Adhere to safety protocols by wearing provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Provide reliable and timely service during assigned evening shifts
- Maintain communication with supervisors regarding service issues or non-compliance
