Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation such as an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Willingness to work evening shifts Sunday through Thursday starting at 7 or 8 PM
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the company mobile app
- At least 18 years old

- Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use the company mobile app on your smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs as necessary while working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols by wearing gloves, vests, and other provided gear
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment throughout the assigned property
- Report any issues or non-compliance observed during service rounds
- Participate in training and team meetings as required
