Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation including an open bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with candidate listed as a covered driver
- Authorization to work in the United States with proof upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan to utilize mobile application
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

- Reliable transportation such as open bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with coverage as a driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with data plan capable of using company mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within apartment communities and transport them to the on site trash compactor using a truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use company's mobile app to log service details including arrival departure tracking and non compliance photos
- Walk the property extensively including climbing stairs and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and order within assigned apartment community premises
- Communicate any issues or non compliance observed during collection to management
- Follow safety protocols and wear provided gloves vests and gear
- Assist in ensuring a positive resident experience through reliable and timely service
