- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the company’s mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking long distances
- Ability to climb stairs repeatedly during a shift
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation consisting of an open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle with a trailer
- Valid driver’s license
- Auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- Comfortable using a smartphone with a data plan to operate company mobile app
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, walking long distances, and climbing stairs
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use the company's mobile app on your smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of assigned apartment community areas
- Communicate with residents and property management as needed
- Follow safety protocols and use provided safety gear
- Report any issues or concerns encountered during service
