Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation: personal open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with candidate listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- Smartphone with data plan to use company mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during shifts
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to on-site trash compactor using truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use company's mobile app on smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols by using provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Report any issues or concerns related to community cleanliness or equipment
- Maintain timely and efficient service during assigned shifts
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
