Job Requirements
- Personal open-bed pickup truck or vehicle hauling a trailer
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Smartphone with data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs frequently
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- At least 18 years old

- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with you listed as covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
- Ability to operate a personal open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Comfortable using a smartphone with a data plan
- Physically able to walk long distances, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable and punctual
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transport them to on-site trash compactor
- Use company mobile app on smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk apartment property and climb stairs during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned property areas
