Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation such as an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with the applicant listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan to use company’s mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Able to walk long distances and climb stairs during shifts
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance covering the employee as a driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to operate a truck or vehicle hauling a trailer
- Proficient with smartphone use and mobile applications
- Physical fitness to handle active duties including walking, lifting, and stair climbing
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within apartment communities using a truck or vehicle with trailer
- Transport collected waste to the on-site trash compactor
- Log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos on the company mobile app
- Walk the property and climb stairs as required during service
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ensure adherence to cleanliness and safety standards
- Use provided safety gear such as gloves and vests
