Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation including an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with the employee listed as a covered driver
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during shifts
- Comfort working outdoors in all types of weather
- Comfortable handling bagged trash and waste
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation including an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license
- Auto insurance with the employee listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to use a smartphone with a data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors and handling bagged trash
- Dependable and responsible work ethic
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within apartment communities and transport them to on-site trash compactors using personal truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use the company’s mobile app on a smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs repeatedly during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of collection routes
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Follow safety protocols and use provided safety gear
