Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation such as an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Comfortable working with bagged trash and waste
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation such as an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof provided upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the company's mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Capable of walking long distances and climbing stairs multiple times during a shift
- Willingness to work outdoors in different weather conditions
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use our company's mobile app on your smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ensure timely and efficient trash collection within scheduled shifts
- Maintain communication with management regarding service issues and compliance
- Adhere to safety protocols by wearing provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Report any concerns related to property or resident issues during trash collection
