- Reliable transportation via an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance with candidate listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
- Smartphone with data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during shifts
- Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather

Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use the company's mobile app on a smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs as part of daily tasks
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness by ensuring trash is properly collected from designated areas
- Adhere to safety protocols by using provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Communicate effectively with management regarding service issues or non-compliance
