- Reliable transportation using an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with yourself listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the company mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use the company's mobile app on a smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs while working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of assigned properties by timely and efficient trash collection
- Follow safety protocols and wear provided safety gear such as gloves and vests
- Communicate any issues or non-compliance observed during the service to the management team
- Maintain reliable transportation and be punctual for scheduled shifts
