Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
Job Qualifications

- Reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle with a trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the company’s mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use the company’s mobile app on your smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned routes during scheduled evening shifts
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members to ensure community standards are maintained
- Follow all safety protocols and use provided protective gear such as gloves and vests
- Report any issues or non-compliance encountered during service to management
