Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation such as an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- valid driver's license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- smartphone with data plan
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- capability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during a shift
- comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- valid driver's license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- ability to use a smartphone with a data plan
- physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- comfortable walking long distances and climbing stairs
- able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transport them to on-site trash compactors using your vehicle
- use the company mobile app to log service details such as arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- walk the property and climb stairs as needed
- work outdoors in various weather conditions
- follow safety protocols and wear provided protective gear
- communicate effectively with team members and residents
- maintain a positive and reliable presence within apartment communities
