Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation - open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Autio insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Familiarity with smartphone and mobile apps
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Able to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Comfortable working outdoors regardless of weather
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use the company’s mobile app on your smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs while performing collection duties
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions maintaining safety and efficiency
- Ensure trash is collected without heavy lifting of bulk items or off-site driving
- Follow company safety protocols wearing gloves, vests, and necessary gear
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
