- Reliable transportation with an open bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid drivers license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the United States with proof required upon hire
- Ability to use a smartphone with a data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
Job Qualifications

- Ability to use a smartphone with a data plan to operate the companys mobile app
- Physical ability to walk long distances climb stairs and lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use the companys mobile app on your smartphone to log service details including arrival departure tracking and non compliance photos
- Walk the property including climbing stairs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members to ensure service quality
- Follow health and safety protocols including wearing provided gloves vests and gear
- Report any maintenance issues or non compliance observed during rounds
- Maintain punctuality and reliability for scheduled shifts
