Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation: open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with you listed as covered driver
- Proof of authorization to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Willingness to work evening shifts around 7:00 or 8:00 PM Sunday to Thursday
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Physically able to walk long distances and climb stairs
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community
- Transport collected waste to the on-site trash compactor using personal truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs as needed during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ensure safety compliance by wearing provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Communicate effectively with residents and property management as required
