Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with data plan
- At least 18 years old

- Auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof of eligibility
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the company mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable walking long distances and climbing stairs
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use company mobile app on your smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ensure timely and efficient collection without heavy lifting of bulk items
- Follow safety protocols using gloves, vests, and gear
- Communicate effectively with team and management as needed
