Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to work evening shifts Sunday-Thursday starting at 7:00 or 8:00 PM
Job Qualifications

- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the company mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors and handling bagged trash and waste
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps using your truck or vehicle with a trailer
- Transport collected waste to on-site trash compactors
- Use the company's mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the apartment property and climb stairs as required during trash collection
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols
- Provide courteous and reliable service to help keep apartment communities clean and welcoming
- Collaborate with team members and property managers to address resident concerns and improve service quality
