Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the company’s mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with the applicant listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof of eligibility
- Smartphone with a data plan to operate the company’s mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors and handling bagged trash
- Previous experience in a physically active outdoor role is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within apartment communities using your vehicle and trailer
- Transport collected trash to the on-site trash compactor without off-site driving or dumping
- Use the company's mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs multiple times per shift to perform trash collection duties
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety and hygiene standards
- Report any issues or non-compliance cases as documented via the mobile app
- Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism while interacting with residents and other team members
