Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation such as an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle capable of hauling a trailer
- Valid driver's license
- Valid auto insurance with the candidate listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with a data plan to utilize the company mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Valid auto insurance with the candidate listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
- Ability to use a smartphone and operate mobile applications
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and walking long distances
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within apartment communities using an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer
- Transport collected bags to the on-site trash compactor
- Use the company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs regularly
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Maintain safety standards by using provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Communicate effectively with property management and team members
