Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation in the form of an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle hauling a trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- At least 18 years old
- Smartphone with a data plan to use company mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and around bagged trash
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during a shift

Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use company's mobile app on a smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs as required during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and order of assigned property areas
- Report any issues or non-compliance encountered during service
- Adhere to safety protocols and use provided personal protective equipment
