Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with employee listed as covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. proof required upon hire
- Smartphone with data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Able to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Able to work around bagged trash and waste
Job Qualifications

- Reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license
- Auto insurance with employee listed as covered driver
- Authorized to work in the United States with proof
- Smartphone with data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outside and around trash and waste
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use company’s mobile app on smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs during shift
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ensure timely and efficient completion of assigned routes
- Follow safety protocols including wearing gloves and vests
- Communicate issues or complaices to supervisors promptly
