Job Requirements
- At least high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to commit to part-time evening shifts typically Sunday through Thursday
- Open-bed pickup truck or reliable vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Own a smartphone with a data plan
- Physically capable of performing manual labor including lifting and walking
- Willingness to comply with company policies and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation including an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance with coverage as a listed driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
- Ability to use a smartphone with a data plan for the mobile app
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable walking long distances and climbing stairs repeatedly during a shift
- Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use the company's mobile app on your smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Adhere to safety procedures by using gloves, vests, and gear provided
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned apartment community
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Follow all company policies and procedures
