Job Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Walk long distances and climb stairs repeatedly
Comfortable working around trash and waste
Own a personal open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
Have valid auto insurance listing you as a covered driver
Have a reliable smartphone with a data plan
Available to work evening shifts Sunday through Thursday
Authorized to work legally in the U.S.
At least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

Valid driver's license
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Smartphone user familiar with mobile apps
Ability to follow safety protocols
Physically able to perform active duties without accommodation

Job Duties

Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transport them to on-site trash compactors using personal truck or vehicle with trailer
Use company's mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
Walk the property and climb stairs while performing duties
Work outdoors in various weather conditions
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of apartment community areas
