Job Requirements
- at least 18 years old
- reliable transportation including open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- valid driver's license and auto insurance with you listed as covered driver
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- smartphone with data plan
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- comfortable working outdoors and around waste

- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during shift
- comfortable working outdoors and handling bagged trash
Job Duties
- collect trash and recycling bags from residents by vehicle within apartment community
- transport collected trash to on-site trash compactor using personal truck or trailer
- use mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, and non-compliance photos
- walk property and climb stairs while performing duties
- work outdoors in various weather conditions
- maintain cleanliness and compliance with community standards
- report any issues or concerns promptly
