- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance in your name preferred
- Personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred

- Ability to perform physically active tasks such as walking long distances and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
- Use the company's mobile app on a smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs regularly while working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain the cleanliness and appeal of apartment community grounds by efficient trash collection
- Follow safety protocols provided including use of gloves, vests, and other protective gear
- Report any issues of non-compliance or community concerns through proper channels
- Engage with residents courteously to uphold a positive community environment
