- Reliable transportation open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- Comfortable using a smartphone and data plan to operate company mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Physical stamina for walking long distances and climbing stairs
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use company mobile app on smartphone to log service details including arrival departure tracking and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property climbing stairs and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ensure timely appearance at assigned properties and adhere to scheduled evening shifts
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding service progress or issues
- Follow company safety protocols including using provided gloves vests and gear
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas and equipment
