Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required upon hire)
- Smartphone with a data plan to use company mobile app
- Personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance in your name preferred

- Preferred personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer
- Preferred valid driver's license and current auto insurance in your name
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transport to on-site trash compactor
- Use company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs multiple times during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Follow safety protocols using provided gloves, vests, and protective gear
