Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation: open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the company mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste

Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use the company mobile app on your smartphone to log service details, including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Interact professionally with residents and team members
- Follow safety protocols and use provided safety gear such as gloves and vests
- Maintain punctuality and reliability in scheduled shifts
- Report any service issues or concerns promptly
